The guide provides a comprehensive overview of Finland\u2019s cybersecurity regulatory, governance and risk management landscape. The Law and Practice section addresses, among other things, the key EU and national cybersecurity legislation applicable in Finland, including the national implementation of the NIS\u00a02 Directive, the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and legislation concerning the protection of critical infrastructure. The section also examines supervisory authorities, risk management obligations, incident notification and reporting requirements, as well as the role of cybersecurity in contracts, procurement and corporate transactions.<\/p>\n
