We acted as a legal counsel to Kokkolan Energia Oy regarding public procurement of district heating battery.<\/h3>\n

Lieke acted as a legal counsel to Kokkolan Energia Oy regarding the public procurement of a district heating accumulator. The procurement procedure was carried out in accordance with the procedural provisions of the Procurement Act for Special Sectors (1398\/2016).<\/p>\n

The subject of the procurement was the construction of a district heating accumulator to Kokkola Industrial Park.<\/p>\n

Lieke was responsible for the overall implementation of the procurement process in cooperation with Kokkolan Energia Oy. This included preparing the procurement agreement and other documents, as well as participating in market dialogue with companies operating in the industrial sector.<\/p>\n

The procurement is part of Kokkolan Energia Oy\u2019s overall project, which includes inter alia the procurement of electrode steam boilers<\/a> and power transformers<\/a>.<\/p>\n
