We acted as legal counsel to Kokkolan Energia Oy regarding public procurement of electrode steam boilers.<\/h3>\n

Lieke acted as legal counsel to Kokkolan Energia Oy regarding the public procurement of two electrode steam boilers. The procurement procedure was carried out in accordance with the procedural provisions of the Procurement Act for Special Sectors (1398\/2016). The estimated value of the procurement exceeded the EU threshold value.<\/p>\n

The subject of the procurement was the design, manufacture, testing, delivery, and installation of two electrode steam boilers to full operational readiness.<\/p>\n

Lieke was responsible for the overall implementation of the procurement in cooperation with Kokkolan Energia Oy. This included preparing the procurement agreement and other documents, negotiations, making procurement decisions, and carrying out other tasks required for the public procurement procedure.<\/p>\n

The procurement is part of Kokkolan Energia Oy\u2019s overall project, which includes inter alia the procurement of power transformers<\/a>, district heating accumulator<\/a> and construction of an electricity distribution network.<\/p>\n
