We acted as a legal advisor to Kokkolan Energia Oy regarding public procurement of power transformers.<\/h3>\n

Lieke acted as a legal advisor to Kokkolan Energia Oy regarding the public procurement of two power transformers. The procurement procedure was carried out in accordance with the procedural provisions of the Procurement Act for Special Sectors (1398\/2016).<\/p>\n

The subject of the procurement was the design, manufacture, testing, delivery, and installation of two 110\/20 kV, 63 MVA power transformers to full operational readiness.<\/p>\n

Lieke was responsible for the overall implementation of the procurement. Lieke\u2019s assistance included the preparation of the procurement contract and other procurement documents, the contract negotiations, the procurement decisions and other tasks required for the public procurement procedure.<\/p>\n

The procurement is part of Kokkolan Energia Oy\u2019s broader project, which includes inter alia the procurement of electrode steam boilers and district heating accumulator.<\/p>\n
