We acted as a legal advisor to S\u00e4hk\u00f6-Virke\u00e4t Oy regarding public procurement of high-voltage electricity network.<\/h3>\n

Lieke acted as a legal advisor to S\u00e4hk\u00f6-Virke\u00e4t Oy regarding the public procurement of a high-voltage electricity network (110 kV). The procurement procedure was carried out in accordance with the procedural provisions of the Procurement Act for Special Sectors (1398\/2016).<\/p>\n

The subject of the procurement was the construction and renewal of the high-voltage electricity network between Pet\u00e4j\u00e4vesi and Hapam\u00e4ki. The length of the high-voltage electricity network is approximately 40 km. The purpose of the work is to reinforce the existing electricity network and to enable the transmission of larger amounts of energy over the network.<\/p>\n

Lieke was responsible for the overall implementation of the procurement. Lieke’s assistance included the preparation of the procurement documents, the contract, the procurement decisions and other tasks required for the public procurement procedure. In addition, Lieke assisted S\u00e4hk\u00f6-Virke\u00e4t Oy in the negotiations of other contracts related to the construction project.<\/p>\n

S\u00e4hk\u00f6-Virke\u00e4t Oy is a regional grid company owned by Koillis-Satakunnan S\u00e4hk\u00f6 Oy and Keuruun S\u00e4hk\u00f6 Oy, whose main task is to maintain the high-voltage electricity transmission network.<\/p>\n
