We are delighted to announce that Attorneys-at-Law, Helena Kalmanlehto<\/a>, Alisa Montonen<\/a>\u00a0and Panu Vasama<\/a> have been invited to join Lieke as Partner Elects, effective as of 1 September 2025. The partner appointments are part of Lieke\u2019s growth strategy, and the new partners will strengthen the service offering in Lieke’s focus areas.<\/h3>\n

Managing Partner, Ville Vyyryl\u00e4inen<\/a> welcomes new partners to the team:<\/p>\n

“Helena, Alisa and Panu have been part of Lieke for a long time, and we are delighted to invite them to become Lieke\u2019s new partners. The new partners are not only top experts in their fields of specialization, but also people who value Lieke’s company culture. The new partners are a valuable addition to Lieke’s partner group. <\/em><\/p>\n

These new partner appointments will enable us to provide our clients with even better services and strong legal support in our core service areas. Helena Kalmanlehto<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Helena has extensive experience in representing clients in commercial dispute resolution. Helena represents clients in both domestic and international litigation, arbitration and mediation proceedings and she has handled numerous complex and large-scale disputes in various industries and fields of law. Helena also advises clients on dispute avoidance and day-to-day claims management. Helena is an experienced negotiator and is also well versed in alternative dispute resolution. In addition, Helena also has strong expertise in matters related to real estate, construction and insolvency.<\/p>\n

Alisa Montonen<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Alisa Montonen specializes in project development in the energy and real estate sectors as well as legal matters related to real estate investments. In her career, she has handled a wide range of development projects and transactions in the mentioned sectors, and focuses at Lieke on regulatory intensive assignments in the energy, real estate and environment sectors. Alisa has extensive experience in various renewable energy projects and real estate development matters, questions related to land procurement, planning and the environment, as well as complex authority and appeal processes and contract negotiations.<\/p>\n

Panu Vasama<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n

Panu Vasama specializes in demanding and complex energy and industrial projects and contractual arrangements within the energy, construction and circular economy sectors. During his career, he has handled several major energy and industrial investment projects, related transactions and contractual frameworks. Panu has considerable experience in energy production and green transition projects, including legal risk and claim management, supply, construction and consultancy contracts and construction law.
