We acted as the legal counsel to KSS Energia Oy in a transaction where KSS Energia transfers its retail electricity customers, both consumer and business, to Oomi Oy.<\/p>\n

KSS Energia sells and supplies district heating solutions, operates electricity distribution, sells and distributes natural gas and offers new energy services to meet customers’ changing energy needs.<\/p>\n
