We acted as the legal counsel to Rabbalshede Kraft AB, a company operating in the renewable energy sector, in the transaction in which Rabbalshede Kraft acquired fifty (50) percent of the shares in Sunbreeze Oy, a company developing nine (9) wind and solar power projects in Finland, from Vapo Terra Oy. The combined nominal capacity of the projects is up to 1.4 GW.<\/h3>\n

We acted as the legal counsel to Rabbalshede Kraft AB, a company operating in the renewables energy sector, in the transaction in which Rabbalshede Kraft acquired fifty (50) percent of the shares in Sunbreeze Oy. Sunbreeze Oy is a company developing nine (9) wind and solar power projects in Finland. The combined nominal capacity of the projects is up to 1.4 GW. Vapo Terra Oy, a subsidiary of the state-owned Neova Oy, acted as the seller in the transaction.<\/p>\n

Lieke\u2019s core team comprised Partner Jussi Ekonen<\/a> and Senior Associate Michelle Merlich<\/a>. The core team was assisted by Hanna Tuominen<\/a> (environment and permitting), Kristiina V\u00e4limaa<\/a> (real estate), Hanna Tolonen<\/a> (company law), Riina Pajala<\/a> (real estate), and Ilkka Toropainen<\/a> (company law).<\/p>\n

Rabbalshede Kraft was founded in 2005 and is a company operating in the renewable energy sector. Rabbalshade Kraft is owned by TD Greystone Infrastructure Fund, part of TD Asset Management, the asset management division of a leading Canadian bank.<\/p>\n
