We assist clients in risk and claims management from the project preparation phase to the construction and completion phase. We represent clients in litigation, arbitration and mediation proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>Our experts have extensive experience in various types of construction contracts and their specific characteristics. We assist clients in the conflict management of smaller projects as well as in complex disputes regarding large construction projects such as power and industrial plants and housing, hospital and hotel projects.
