We handle creditors&#8217; claims management, general advisory and other protection of clients\u2019 rights in situations related to bankruptcy and corporate restructuring proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>We represent clients in insolvency-related legal proceedings and assist clients in negotiations of such claims with bankruptcy estates and restructuring administrators.<\/p>\n<p>We also have experience in various enforcement-related procedures, such as repossession proceedings under the Hire Purchase Act and enforcement appeals.<\/p>\n<p>We have assisted and represented clients in the following assignments, among others:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We have represented clients in recovery disputes of significant interest and\/or complexity.<\/li>\n<li>We have assisted clients in several disputes, from smaller matters to disputes with interest of multi-million euros, where a bankruptcy estate or restructuring administrator has presented claims under bankruptcy law, corporate law or restructuring law.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We regularly advise clients on various insolvency-related matters.
