We acted as the legal counsel to Suomen Voima Oy in the transaction in which Suomen Voima Oy sold M\u00e4kel\u00e4nkangas hybrid wind & solar farm to Locus Energy AB. The M\u00e4kel\u00e4nkangas hybrid power plant, located in Hamina, Finland, has been developed, constructed, and owned by Suomen Voima since 2010. The M\u00e4kel\u00e4nkangas hybrid power plant consists of four wind turbines and one solar power plant. The M\u00e4kel\u00e4nkangas was one of Suomen Voima\u2019s first investments.<\/p>\n
