We acted as the legal advisor to Kokkolan Energia Oy in the public procurement of a solid fuel reception and handling system for an existing boiler plant.<\/h3>\n

We acted as the legal advisor to Kokkolan Energia Oy in the public procurement of solid fuel reception and handling system for an existing 108MWth CHP boiler plant.<\/p>\n

The public procurement was carried out with negotiated procedure in accordance with the Procurement Act for Special Sectors (1398\/2016). Lieke was responsible for carrying out the procurement procedure, drafting the procurement documents, and for negotiating and drafting the procurement contract, together in cooperation with the technical consultant.<\/p>\n

Kokkolan Energia Oy is a developing, full-service energy company serving its customers and owners. Kokkolan Energia Oy provides traditional production, sale and distribution of electricity, heat, and steam. Kokkolan Energia Oy also conducts development of renewable energy projects.<\/p>\n
