We acted as the legal counsel to the Ministry of Finance in a project related to expanding the ownership structure of DigiFinland Oy.<\/h3>\n

We acted as the legal counsel to the Ministry of Finance in a project regarding the expansion of the ownership structure of DigiFinland Oy. The ownership of DigiFinland Oy was expanded to every wellbeing service county, the city of Helsinki and the HUS-Group as of 1 January 2023. Through the ownership arrangement, the state of Finland remained with a 33,4 percent ownership stake and voting rights in DigiFinland. The wellbeing service counties, the city of Helsinki and the HUS-Group each gained an ownership of approximately 2,9 percent. Our assignment included, inter alia, drafting the shareholders\u2019 agreement of DigiFinland Oy and other legal advisory matters regarding the expansion of the ownership structure.<\/p>\n
