We operate as the outsourced legal department of the company and are responsible for all legal advice from the company.<\/h3>\n<p>Our counselling shall include, among other things, assisting the company in matters of corporate and contractual law. We also assist the company in compliance matters and legal risk management.<\/p>\n<p>The SF Power Company is the Finnish majority owner of the Fennovoima Ltd with a 66 % stake. Fennovoima Ltd is a Finnish greenfield nuclear power company that is building the Hanhikivi 1 nuclear power plant in Pyh\u00e4joki.<\/p>\n<p>The SF Power Company is a company founded in 2007 with the aim of delivering zero-emission, reasonably priced and stable electricity to its shareholders.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We act as legal advisor to the SF Power Company.
