Lieke acted as legal advisor to Porvoon Energia Oy – Borg\u00e5 Energi Ab in the business acquisition in which the client sold its Loviisa district heating business to CapMan Infra.<\/p>\n

The sold district heating business generates and distributes heat to residential, commercial and public properties in the town of Loviisa. The network currently serves about 300 access points, and the customer base has grown steadily.<\/p>\n

Loviisa’s heat production is based entirely on renewable energy from biomass, totaling in 53 GWh in 2019. Two primary energy plants, three backup plants and a 38 km pipeline network ensure the safe supply of district heat to the area and offer opportunities to further expand the district heating network.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
