MCF Corporate Finance Oy acted as financial advisor to CCEA Oy&#8217;s main shareholders in the acquisition.<\/h3>\n<p>Lieke acted as the legal advisor to the main shareholders of CCEA Oy in the share transaction concluded on 18 February 2021 and carried out on 1 March 2021. Lieke has been CCEA Oy&#8217;s legal advisor for the past 13 years since the company&#8217;s beginning.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLieke has supported us throughout the history of my company.
